SECURITY

The participants are considered as being on a personal ride and must abide by the rules of the road and the local laws of the towns through which you ride.

IT IS OBLIGATORY TO WEAR A RIGID CYCLING HELMET.

YOU MUST HAVE A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OR A RACE LICENSE FOR WHICH YOU WERE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY A MEDICAL CERTICIATE (ie if you hold a British Cycling License you still have to supply a medical certificate).

The securty is assured by the 'Protection Civil' on the road and at the food stations. In addition, motorcycle Gendarmes, experienced motor cyclists, an lead car and a sag wagon patrol the event.

Through your license UFOLEP or by the temporary insurance taken by the club (CCRP) for this event, you benefit from the INDIVIDUAL CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY and of the INDIVIDUAL CORPOREL ACCIDENT underwritten by the insurance of the Confédération des Oeuvres Laiques APAC/MAC.

We remind you that damage to cycles of the participants whether done by yourself or by another cyclist are not covered by the insurance.
